Doctor Who New Season
The is starting on May 11, 2024, and it will run until June 22. Russell T Davies is back as the head writer and producer after working on the show from 2005 to 2010. This is the fifth series he’s leading. It’s the fourteenth series since the show came back in 2005 and the fortieth overall.
The announcement about this series came when Davies returned for the show’s 60th anniversary in 2023. Bad Wolf is also joining as a co-producer. They’re calling this series “Season One” because of some changes in production and because Disney+ now has the rights to show Doctor Who internationally.
