Qualification Requirements
- Experience: Candidates must be retired ONGC personnel from E3 to E6 levels.
- Education: Must possess Q1/02 qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in drilling field operations.

Junior Consultant (E3 Level)
- 1st Year:
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹27,000
- Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹6,500
- Office at Residence Reimbursement: ₹6,500
- Communication Charges: ₹2,000
- Total: ₹42,000
- 2nd Year:
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹28,350
- Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹6,500
- Office at Residence Reimbursement: ₹6,500

Associate Consultant (E4 & E5 Levels)
- 1st Year:
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹40,000

- The maximum age allowed is 65 years during the tenure.
Selection Criteria

Written Test:
- Total Marks: 80
- Format: Pen-paper, Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions.
- Language: Bilingual (English and Hindi).
- Number of Questions: 40
- Duration: 90 minutes.
- Qualifying Marks: 28 (35% of total marks).

- Qualifying Marks: 12 (60% of total marks).

- Offer of engagement will be issued based on overall merit.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervision: Ensure complete supervision of all drilling operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to Oil Mines Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Statutory guidelines, and the Mines Act.
- Inspection: Regular inspection of drilling installations and equipment.
- Coordination: Work closely with Drilling Services and other departments.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily activity reports.
- Safety: Ensure safety measures are in place and take corrective actions when necessary.
