Qualification
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
Desirable Qualifications:
- M.Tech in ECE/EEE/Telecommunications Engineering or MS in ECE/EEE/Telecommunications Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant university-level course credits.
Post-Qualification Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, including at least 30 months of experience in pan-India implementation of IT and telecommunications related to national projects (experience certificates are mandatory).
- Familiarity with government organizations and proficiency in eOffice is preferred.
Note:
- Retired government employees with a grade pay in PB-13 and above, possessing more than 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge in the domain, are also eligible to apply.
Remuneration Details
The monthly salary for the Consultant position ranges from ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000. For retired Central Government employees engaged as Consultants, the remuneration will be regulated according to the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E.III.A, dated December 9, 2020.
