Position and Age Limit

  • Name of the Post: Consultant (HR)
  • Number of Position: 01 (One) (UR).
  • Maximum Age: Upto 62 years as on closing date of advertisement.

Qualification and Experience

  • Academic/Educational Qualifications: A degree in any discipline combined with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, HRD, or HRM, or a 2-year MBA in HR, including those awarded by IGNOU.
  • Experience: Candidates should have at least 20 years of relevant executive experience in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and must have retired at a senior executive level, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 2,60,000/- or above in CPSEs.

Job Description

  • Identify capacity building requirements, including skill assessment, development, and the design and development of training modules.
  • Oversee training, learning, and development programs.
  • Analyze best practices adopted by leading PSUs and undertake any other specific assignments as required.
  • Manage manpower planning and recruitment, performance management systems, succession planning, employee management, training and development, HR ERP modules, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement HR rules in accordance with Central PSUs, DOPT, and DPE guidelines.

Remuneration

  • The consolidated remuneration is Rs. 1,30,000/- (One Lakh and Thirty Thousand only) per month, which will remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
  • No separate Housing Rent Allowance (HRA) or Transport Allowance will be provided.
  • Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for official tours, if applicable, will be provided according to the entitlements at the time of retirement.
