The Directorate of Economic Enforcement (DEE) will conduct a Walk-in-Interview to hire one Senior Consultant, one SRA, and one JPF on a purely temporary basis for various projects approved by the PAB for the fiscal year 2024-25. These positions are contractual and will be valid until March 31, 2025. Below are further details:
Essential Qualifications, Salary and Age Limit Details
Senior Consultant
No of Vacancies: 01
- Post-Graduation in any discipline with experience in research, meeting qualifications as per UGC guidelines for Assistant Professor at the entry level.
- 5 years of relevant experience as required by the program/project.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a relevant subject.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SPSS, and other software used for data analysis or relevant to the subject/project.
- Experience in data handling, analysis, and report writing.
Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 45 years. For retired faculty members, not more than 70 years with relaxation as per Government of India norms.
Remuneration:
- Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Senior Research Associate
No of Vacancies: 01
Education:
- Post-Graduation in Education/Child Development/ECCE/Sociology/Psychology/Statistics/Social Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent, along with NET in the relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxation as per Government of India norms).
Remuneration:
- For candidates with NET qualification or Ph.D.: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
Junior Project Fellow
No of Vacancies: 01
Education:
- Post-Graduation in Education/Hindi/English/Mathematics with minimum 55% marks for General category candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computers, proficiency in MS Office, data processing, and preparing reports.
- Good communication skills.
Age Limit:
- 40 years (Relaxation as per Government of India norms).
Remuneration:
- For candidates with NET qualification or Ph.D.: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
- For candidates without NET qualification: Rs. 29,000/- per month.

Walk-in-Interview Schedule:
Senior Consultant & SRA:
- Date: 30th January 2024
- Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Registration: Between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Junior Project Fellow (JPF):
- Date: 30th July 2024
- Time: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- Registration: Between 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM

Eligibility Conditions:
- Candidates must fulfill the mentioned eligibility criteria.
- SC/ST/PH candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant Master’s degree.
Important Notes:
- The fellowship is purely temporary and does not guarantee regular employment at NCERT.
- Candidates currently employed elsewhere must submit their applications through their employer or bring a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The selected candidate will be expected to join immediately upon selection.
