Following up on the previous advertisement and in line with the agreement between ICSI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for deploying resources on a contract basis at the “Central Registration Centre” to handle the processing of Company “Name Availability” (RUN) and “Incorporation” (SPICE) forms, ICSI is now inviting applications for the following position:

Vacancy Details

• Post Name: CRC Executives
• No of Vacancies: upto 30
• Place of Posting: Central Registration Centre, Corporate Bhawan, IICA, Manesar, near Gurgaon (Haryana)
• Age Limit: 31 years (as on 01.07.2024)

Salary Details

Consolidated Payout Range: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- per month

More than Two Years Post-Qualification Experience:

• First Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month
• Second Year: Rs. 55,000/- per month
• Third Year: Rs. 60,000/- per month

One to Two Years Post-Qualification Experience:

• First Year: Rs. 45,000/- per month
• Second Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month
• Third Year: Rs. 55,000/- per month

Up to One Year Post-Qualification Experience (Exceptional Cases Only):

• First Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
• Second Year: Rs. 45,000/- per month
• Third Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Experience:

• Preference will be given to candidates with post-qualification experience of one to two years or more than two years.
• Candidates with post-qualification experience of up to one year will be considered only if no suitable candidates with one to two years or more than two years of experience are found.
• Note: Training experience as part of the CS course curriculum will not be counted towards total experience.

• Processing of name reservation applications
• Handling Company Incorporation e-Forms
• Performing any other related tasks
