Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited HURL Recruitment, a joint venture of IOCL, NTPC, CIL, FCIL, and HFCL, aims to build and run advanced, eco-friendly Natural Gas-based fertilizer plants.

These complexes will produce 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (including 1.27 MMTPA neem-coated urea) in Gorakhpur, Sindri, and Barauni. HURL Recruitment is seeking dynamic, hard-working, and talented professionals for regular positions to help drive economic growth and market these products.

Position with Vacancies

Minimum Educational Qualification

• Engineering Degree/AMIE in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
• B.Sc. (Agri) with M.Sc. in Agriculture (minimum 60% marks) or B.Sc. (Agri)/B.Tech with MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/AgriBusiness Marketing/Rural Management (minimum 60% marks).
• CA/CMA or Two-year MBA in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks (dual/general MBA not eligible).
• 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated law degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Engineering Degree/AMIE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Engineering Degree/AMIE in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Process Control Instrumentation with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Engineering Degree/AMIE in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
• M.Sc. in Chemistry (Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with a minimum of 60% marks.

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit (in Years) – 30 to 44 Years. The cut-off date for determining age limit and post-qualification experience will be as on 30.06.2024

Pay Scale

• The approximate CTC includes Performance Related Pay (PRP), which depends on company, unit, and individual performance.
• The company also offers medical insurance coverage for employees and their dependent family members in addition to the CTC.
• Candidates currently employed in PSUs, Central/State Government, or joint ventures with the government must have served for two years at one level below the payscale.
• Their current Basic + DA will be protected according to DPE guidelines.
