Qualification Details
Forex Acquisition & Relationship Manager:
- Graduation in any discipline and a postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing/Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in public/private/foreign banks with at least 1 year in sales/relationship management in Forex.
- Or, minimum 4 years of work experience in public/private/foreign banks with 3 years in sales/relationship management in Forex.
Credit Analyst:
- Graduation in any discipline and CA qualification.
- Or, graduation in any discipline and postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance or CA/CMA/CS/CFA.
- Preference for candidates with experience in credit appraisal/processing/operations in banks.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in banks with 3 years in large/mid corporate credit, including exposure in credit appraisal/processing/operations.
Relationship Manager:
- Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline and postgraduate degree/diploma with specialization in Finance (minimum 1-year course).
- Preferred: CA/CFA/CS/CMA qualifications.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in public/private/foreign banks/financial institutions, with at least 2 years in sales/relationship management in corporate credit.
- Or, minimum 8 years in public/private/foreign banks/financial institutions, with at least 4 years in sales/relationship management in corporate credit.
Senior Manager:
- Graduation in any discipline and Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Or, postgraduate degree/diploma in Finance.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in banks/large NBFCs in business finance, financial MIS, financial analytics, treasury, balance sheet management, ALM, corporate treasury, P&L management, revenue management, BUC, business intelligence unit, cost management, expense management, financial planning, target setting, goal setting, strategic planning and analysis, business planning.
Chief Manager:
- Graduation in any discipline and Chartered Accountant qualification; preference for candidates with DISA/CISA certification.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in internal audit & internal control in large public/private sector banks or large audit firms, including Big 4, with relevant exposure in auditing banks.

- MMGS II : Rs. 64820 x 2340 (1) – 67160 x 2680 (10) – 93960
- MMGS III : Rs. 85920 x 2680 (5) – 99320 x 2980 (2) – 105280
- SMG/S-IV : Rs. 102300 x 2980 (4) – 114220 x 3360 (2) – 120940
- Currently, the monthly Cost to Company (CTC) at the initial levels of MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III, and SMG/S-IV, including various components like Dearness Allowance (DA), Special Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other perks and benefits such as quarters facility (in lieu of HRA for Officers),
- Conveyance allowance, Medical Aid, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC), as per the rules of the Bank, is approximately Rs. 2.30 lakhs, Rs. 2.80 lakhs, and Rs. 3.30 lakhs per month, respectively, in Mumbai.
- It’s noted that allowances may vary based on the specific location of posting.
Age Limit
- Forex Acquisition & Relationship Manager: Min – 24 Years & Max – 35 Years, Min – 26 Years & Max – 40 Years
- Credit Analyst: Min – 25 Years & Max – 30 Years, Min – 28 Years & Max – 35 Years
- Relationship Manager: Min – 28 Years & Max – 35 Years, Min – 35 Years & Max – 42 Years
- Senior Manager: Min – 28 Years & Max – 38 Years
- Chief Manager: Min – 28 Years & Max – 40 Years
Selection Procedure
- The selection process may include an online test, psychometric test, or any other test deemed suitable for further evaluation, followed by a Group Discussion and/or Interview for candidates who qualify in the online test.
- However, depending on the number of eligible applications received, the Bank reserves the right to modify the shortlisting criteria and interview process.
- The Bank may also opt to conduct Multiple Choice, Descriptive, Psychometric Tests, Group Discussions, Interviews, or any other selection methodologies for the position in question.
- The Bank reserves the right to consider a candidate’s application for any other position for which they are eligible, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
- The Bank may merge two or more similar positions into one if necessary.
- These measures are taken to ensure a fair and effective selection process based on the prevailing circumstances and requirements.
Application fees
- Application fees and Intimation Charges:
- Rs. 600/- (plus applicable GST & transaction charges) for General/EWS and OBC candidates.
- Rs. 100/- (Intimation charges only, plus applicable GST & transaction charges) for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates.
- Candidates should pay fees online through the integrated payment gateway available on the application portal.
- After verifying the application form details, no changes or edits will be allowed post-payment.
- Payment can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc., following the instructions on the screen.
- Transaction charges for online payments, if applicable, are to be borne by the candidates.
- Upon successful transaction completion, candidates should print and retain the e-receipt and application form.
- In case of an unsuccessful online transaction, candidates should re-register and make the payment again.
- Candidates can reprint the application form containing fee details at a later stage if needed.
Guidelines For Filling Online Application

- Pay the application fee using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc.
- Upload bio-data, scanned photograph, signature, and eligibility-related documents as per Annexure II guidelines.
- Verify and carefully fill in all details in the online application as changes after submission are not permitted.
- Ensure correct spelling of the candidate’s name as per certificates/mark sheets; any alteration may disqualify the application.
- Incomplete applications or unsuccessful fee payments will be deemed invalid.
- Submit supporting documents such as Date of Birth proof, educational certificates, experience letters, salary slips, etc., with the online application.
- Apply well in advance of the closing date to avoid potential issues due to heavy internet traffic or website jams.
